• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time, we are not ready to ship outside the United States.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do I hang my bird house?

  All houses come with eyelet hooking for hanging. I would suggest using a lightweight wire or chain. The use of string or rope will wear out over time and your house will fall.

• Do I need to clean out my bird house every year?

  It is not necessary to clean out every year, birds that nest in bird houses are opportunist and will make the house their own each year. There are screws that hold the bottom panel in for easy clean out. You can clean out at the end of winter or the first part of spring. Birds will use the house during winter storms and sever temperatures.
